What’s the difference between Grade A and Grade B pallet trucks?
Purely aesthetics. Our Grade A pallet trucks are fully restored and have more new components added, whereas our Grade B pallet trucks may be a little worn in places. Every pallet truck we sell is mechanically sound and has been tested by our team of specialist engineers. To see the differences in detail, please view this handy table.

Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes. We have a range of warranties available on all our products. We also offer on-site callout services to fix or replace any faulty equipment. Just get in touch and let us know what you need.

How long do repairs take?
We offer a callout service where our engineers can either come to your site to fix your equipment there, or we can take it away to our workshop. You can keep track of the progress of any repair job in our dedicated customer portal for full transparency.

Do you offer part exchanges?
Absolutely. We will give any of your old or broken trucks a good home. Even if you don’t want to part exchange, we’ll still give you cash for them if they are cluttering up your warehouse and want rid of them.

How do I pay for site visits?
For one-off jobs and visits, we have the facility to take card payments as well as accept bank transfers.

Do you offer finance or payment plans?
Yes- payment plans and service contracts are available on request. Send us a message and let us know what you need.

What accreditations do you have?
All our engineers have valid CSCS cards. We’re also e a member of the Forklift Truck Association and have B Corp status pending.
