Who we are
MG Services was founded to fill a gap in the market. Most larger firms have traditionally focused on forklifts as their primary products, and we noticed that the majority were overlooking light MHE equipment like HPTs, EPT, batteries & chargers etc.
This meant the massive overheads and labour costs were being transferred to the customer, and companies large and small were being forced into a marriage of convenience, rather than a relationship based on value for money. We didn’t think that was fair, so we created MG Services to plug that gap.

Every week I was hearing from businesses who had been paying well over the odds and receiving poor customer service from big firms who treated them like a number.
As a family business, we’ve maintained that personal touch. We don’t have astronomical overheads which means we can pass those savings back on to our customers. Everyone’s a winner.
